Witold Nowicki (born 1917, died April 2, 2008) is a Polish chess player, longtime Polish representative in correspondence chess, Polish chess player,

During World War II, the prisoner of the concentration camp Sachsenhausen (camp number 90275). After the war, he was the chief accountant of the Iskra Publishing House and later the "Wiedza Powszechna" Publishing House. He was the deputy head of the Union of "Polish Spas". In 1946 he became deputy secretary of the Temporary Board of the PZSzach. As a chess player, he participated in many national and local competitions. At the 1959 Warsaw Championships, as well as the semi-finals of the Polish Championship in 1958.

Buried April 9, 2008, at the Bródno Cemetery in Warsaw. Bibliography
