Passions

Passions - an American daytime soap opera, broadcast from 1999 to 2008.

She was the last American soap opera with fantastic elements. One of the heroines of the series was a 500-year-old witch. Due to low viewership, NBC has decided to take the show off the antenna. This production decided to buy American satellite TV DirecTV. September 6, 2007 was the last episode of the NBC television series. The first episode on DirecTV satellite on channel 101 (in some regions of the United States on Channel 103) was broadcast on September 17, 2007. The NBC station was broadcast five times a week. DirecTV was first broadcast four times a week, later reduced to three episodes. DirecTV viewers at the end of the show's lifetime were able to watch the Passions from Monday to Wednesday at 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm, while on Thursdays 101 broadcast replay marauders broadcast from 2.00 pm. up to 5.00 p.m.

In December 2007, it was announced that in 2008 the show would be removed from the DirecTV antenna. On the Internet, there were unconfirmed reports that other channels, such as MyNetworkTV, USA Network and SoapNet, were interested in purchasing the channel, but no station bought it and the last episode (2231) was released on August 11, 2008.
