Janusz Gramza (born 1943 in Częstochowa) - Polish manager, former governor of Lubuskie. Curriculum vitae
He graduated in 1967 from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. During the Polish People's Republic, he remained a non-party member.
Since the 1970s he has held managerial positions in companies. He was the main engineer at Silva Silva Plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski. In 1979-1986 he was the director of the chief carpentry factory in Bialystok, then until 2003 he was the managing director and president of the board of Stilon Chemical Fibers Plant. Also associated with industry organizations, including the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry.
