Napoleon Liberys, litter. Napoleons Liberis (born September 2, 1903 in Riga, June 28, 1972 in the United Kingdom) is a Latvian activist in Latvia, a councilor of Riga, a soldier of the Anders Army. Curriculum vitae

He graduated from the Polish Gymnasium in Riga, later studied at the Technical University of Riga, where in 1925 he founded the Polish Academic Association in Latvia. He was a delegate to the 2nd Congress of Poles from abroad, held from 6-9 August 1934.

After the annexation of Latvia by the USSR in 1940, sent to a camp which he left in 1941, along with the Anders army to the West. He fought in the Second Corps in Italy.
