Paul Worker
Paweł Pracownik (born August 27, 1973 in Lublin) - World Champion and three-time European Champion in squatting, eleventh Polish Champion in squatting and power trimming, ten gold medalist of Polish Cup in squatting.
In 1995-1996 he worked as an instructor in one of the Lublin gyms, then attended a medical school. In early 1998, together with Pawel Naduk, they established a power division in Ryki, which was awarded the title of Team Champions of Poland in extrusion and in the Junior and Senior Citizens' Championship, among women and men.
In 2001 he won the Polish Championship, the Polish Cup, the European Championships and finally the World Championships, and on the way beat Poland and Europe several times.
In Lublin he was the precursor of the power tricycles. In 2000, at the request of the then PZKiTS authorities, he founded the Lubelskie Regional Association of Bodybuilding, Tri-Force and Fitness, together with a group of activists from the Lublin Region. He was also a co-organizer of the Polish Championships and the Polish Cup in Extrusion, which took place in Ryki in 2000, 2001 and 2003.
From October 2007 until today, the trainer of the power tricycle section at AZS UMCS Lublin. Bibliography
