Zbigniew Anusik


Zbigniew Włodzimierz Anusik (born 23 February 1957 in Łódź) is a Polish historian, prof. dr hab., former dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the University of Lodz. He conducts classes in modern and Polish modern history.

His doctoral dissertation: The Polish mission in Stockholm in the years 1789-1795 defended January 18, 1990. The promoter was prof. dr hab. Zofia Libiszowska. Habilitation thesis: Swedish diplomacy against the monarchy crisis in France in 1787-1792, defended February 15, 2001. Reviewed by: professors: Jerzy Grobis, Jacek Staszewski and Władysław Zajewski. On 24 April 2008 prof. Zbigniew Anusik was elected Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the University of Lodz. His competitor was prof. Kazimierz Badziak. On April 26, 2012, elected for the second term.

In the years 1998-2002 he acted as the attorney of the director of the Institute of History for Didactics. In the years 2002-2008 he was Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and History of the Faculty of Education, and from 2005 to 2008 he was the Director of the Institute of History of the University.
