Marek Damian Widuch (born May 27, 1975 in Gliwice) - Polish politician, Member of Parliament for the fourth term of office. Curriculum vitae

He graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the years 1998-2001 he served as a councilor of Gliwice (he was a member of the Committee on Budget and Finance and the Committee on Municipal Economy)

He was subsequently appointed to the Sejm of the fourth term of office from the Gliwice district, elected from the list of the Democratic Left Alliance. He was a member of the European Commission and the Rules and Deputies' Committee, was an observer in the European Parliament.

In 2005, 2007 and 2011 he successfully failed to stand for the Sejm. In 2007 he was the chairman of the SLD in the city and the Gliwice district. In 2010 and 2014 he was the candidate for the presidency of Gliwice. In 2010 he was elected City Councilor, in 2014 he was not re-elected. Bibliography
