Wilhelm Welter


Wilhelm Welter (born January 24, 1913, May 29, 1946) is a Nazi criminal, member of the Dachau Concentration Camp and SS-Hauptscharführer.

Dachau crew member from January 1, 1940 to July 1943. From August 1943 to January 1944 he fought on the Eastern Front. He returned to Dachau for several months at the turn of 1944 and 1945. Welter led the department responsible for the prisoners' affairs (Arbeitseinsatzführer). He was ruthless and ruthlessly exploited even the most exhausted prisoners. He also made other acts of sadism.

Sentenced to death sentence in the Dachau crew before the US Military Tribunal. The sentence was made by hanging in the Landsberg Prison at the end of May 1946. Bibliography
