Jan Ryś (Voivode)
Jan Ryś (born 8 February 1946 in Kolonia Chorzew) - Polish self-governor, former governor of Sieradz. Curriculum vitae
He completed his studies at the University of Lodz. Since 1967 he worked in the presidium of the county council of Pajęcznie. At the beginning of the 1990s he was the secretary of the Działoszyn Commune and then briefly served as mayor.
From 1994 to 1997, he served as the Governor of Sieradz. In the years 1998-2006 he sat in the council of the Pajęczno county, while serving as vice-chairman. In the municipal elections in 2006 he was third councilor for the third time, but a year later he made a mandate. He returned to the county council in 2014.
It belongs to the Polish People's Party. He is the chairman of the board of the Voluntary Fire Brigade of the Polish Armed Forces in Lodz. In 2010 he became the star of the Pajęczno district. Awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (1999). Bibliography
