Markus Rühl


Markus Rühl (born February 22, 1972 in Darmstadt) is a German professional bodybuilder and IFBB representative. He took first place at the 2002 Night of Champions. Curriculum vitae

Height: 178 cm. Start weight: 130 kg (2009 about 105kg). Low season: 145 kg-155 kg (320-340 lb). Biceps: 64 cm. Thigh: 81 cm. Waist circumference: 96 cm.

Markus Ruhl was born in Germany. One of the heaviest players on the professional stage. Because of the powerful parameters called "German beast", which more clearly define his silhouette. He started training at the age of 19, before his passion was football.

He is a hardcore fanatic, with maximum weight, but with plenty of repetition. His favorite training method is to do forced repetition after he can not do the next repetition himself. This intensive training led him to professionalism and his debut in 1999 for Mr.. Olympia. He got 12th place.

Then in 2000 he took part in the heavily contested Night of Champion II. He won the Night of Champions title in 2002 and won 8th place in Olympia.
