Jan Rylke

Jan Rylke (born July 28, 1944) is a professor, painter, performer, specialist in the field of garden arts, lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. Graduated from the State High School of the Arts in Warsaw (1962). In 1968 he graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He disserted his doctoral dissertation in 1976. In 1988 he obtained a postdoctoral fellowship. Currently he is the head of the Department of Landscape Art at the Faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture at SGGW.
