Stanislaw Jarosz

Stanisław Jarosz (born January 21, 1961 in Sieniawa) is a Polish politician, self-government official and civil servant.

He completed his studies at the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the second half of the 1980s he worked as a specialist at the "Zremb" plant. From 1990 to 1997 he served as councilor and mayor of Międzyrzec Podlaski.

He was a senator of the 4th term of office of the Solidarity Electoral Action, elected in the Bialystok Province. Since 2001 he has been working at the Supreme Chamber of Control, and on 31 October 2007 he was appointed to the position of the NIK's Vice-President.
