Supplementary procedure - one of the categories of additional proceedings. In Poland it is regulated by art. 420 Criminal Procedure Code 1997.

If the judgment does not provide for a confiscation decision, the count of the temporary detention, detention or preventive measures listed in Art. 276 (suspension of the accused in official duties or in the pursuit of a profession or order to refrain from certain activities or from pursuing a particular type of vehicle) or evidence in kind, the court shall order that decision at the meeting.
