Elżbieta Grabowska (born April 13, 1864 in Racibórz, died February 11, 1929 in Opole) - poet, writer, folkloreist and Catholic social activist.
She spent her childhood in her hometown. After the death of her parents, whom she had lost very early, she left with her family in Hungary. After several years, she moved to Berlin to finally settle in Opole. In his writing, he mainly dealt with Upper Silesia and his social, political and economic problems.
In 1909 her first entry was "Der Weiser Adler" ("White Eagle"), then "Haldenkinder" (1912), "Land und Leute in Oberschlesien" ("People and Land in Upper Silesia" 1913), "Wanderung durch Oberschlesiens Städte" ("Wandering through Upper Silesia" 1917). Bibliography
