Tadeusz Donocik

Tadeusz Marian Donocik (born October 5, 1947 in Lubań Śląski) is a Polish lawyer, economic self-government activist, deputy minister of economy in the government of Jerzy Buzek. Curriculum vitae

He graduated in 1973 from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. In the years 1965-1966 he was responsible for the head of the municipal office in Zgorzelec, then worked in the metallurgy, provincial and university administration. In the 1980s he was employed as an agent of an industrial store in Chorzów. Since 1989 he has been active in the business field and has held managerial positions in commercial law companies.

In the government of Jerzy Buzek from 1997 to 1998 he was the head of the Political Cabinet of the Minister of Economy, then until 2001 he was the Undersecretary of State in that department, answering, inter alia, for regional policy, export promotion, foreign trade, technology and technology, tourism, special economic spheres, negotiations with the EU. He belonged to the Agreement of Polish Christian Democrats. In the parliamentary elections of 2001, he ran for the Sejm on the list of the Right Action Solidarity Electoral Action, which did not receive the mandate.

In 1990 he was among the founders and since that time he has been the president of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. In 1993 he became vice president of the National Chamber of Commerce. Between 2004 and 2006 he was a member of the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, and in 2006 he became a delegate to the Consultative Commission on Industrial Change. He was also a co-organizer of the Silesian Quality Award. Since 2002 he has been the President of the Development Board of the Company.

In 2001 he was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. In 2015, he received the Honorary Pearl of the Polish Economy (in the category of economy). Bibliography
