Dariusz Miliński
Dariusz Miliński (born 10 July 1957 in Cieplice Śląskie-Zdrój) is a Polish painter, stage designer and poster maker. His paintings are mainly portraits of people, kept in a quasi-realistic style, partly fairytale, embedded in a rural landscape. This particular artistically created atmosphere is comparable to that of Bosch or Breugel.
The artist has over two hundred solo exhibitions, including prestigious galleries, such as the Chicago "1756" Lincoln Park.
The wider audience is usually associated with movie posters. He is the author of Edi and My Nikifor film posters.

He lives in the village of Pławna Dolna, where he owns a studio, which he calls "artistic enterprise". He has an original opinion thanks to red hair, walking in trousers-trousers and wearing beaded strings. He claims he does not want to and does not intend to grow up. Hence the nickname of the artist - "Cudak z Plawnej".
