Ernestine Winnicka, from the house of Haselnus (born 27 January 1952 in Żary) is a Polish theater and film actress of Jewish origin, currently an actress of the Jewish Theater in Warsaw.

From 1973 to 1976 she attended the Drama Theater at the Jewish Theater in Warsaw, where she passed the extramural exam for the actors of the drama. In 1976-1977 she was an actress of the Polish Theater in Szczecin, 1977-1978. Szaniawski in Płock, 1978-1983 in the National Theater in Warsaw and for several years in the Teatr Ochota.
