HitQuarters

HitQuarters - an online music publishing company. HitQuarters was founded in 1999 as an online publishing house closely linked to the music industry. The two Swedes, the brothers Ranis and Pontus Edenberg, started their business in Amsterdam and Brussels. Initially it was a pan-European organization but also had its offices in North America before 2001. Headquartered in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and Sweden (Stockholm) were closed in 2003 as a result of the restructuring. Although HitQuarters employs around 25-40 people, the company does not have a headquarter. The owners rejected two independent buyout proposals (unknown amounts) by Tonos (2002) and by BMG (2004), the company continues to be driven independently.

At first, the HitQuarters vortex gained popularity by presenting the world's top A & R worldwide top lists: Weekly World Top 20 A & R Chart and annual World Top 100 A & R Chart. Letters were created based on a detailed scoring system developed for emerging artists on the world stage. The main purpose of the list is to allow song writers, producers, artists and musicians (who are not contractually unsigned) to choose the right A & amp; R that will allow them to succeed in the music industry. The system is based on official national sales charts on major music markets, such as USA, UK, Germany and France.
