Piotr Styczeń (born May 6, 1956 in Gorzow Wielkopolski) - Polish lawyer, civil servant, from 2005 to 2013 Undersecretary of State in infrastructure-related ministries.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. Since 1992 he has been working in housing co-operatives. the position of the President of the Management Board of SM "Włókno" in Gorzow Wielkopolski.

From November 17, 2005 to May 6, 2006, he was the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Transport and Construction, from May 8, 2006 to February 5, 2008, the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Construction. On February 5, 2008 he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure. On November 23, 2011, he assumed the same position in the newly created Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy.
