The tower was created on the initiative of the owner of the Albert Koenig printing house in Gubin (March 1905). Fritz Beyer, architect of the Schöneberg project near Berlin, was selected for the project. The work was commissioned by the brick master Brunon Schneider from Gubin. On September 2, 1908, the solemn opening of the tower took place. In 1945, during the battle for the city, the tower was blown up. Technical data Bibliography
