Heinrich Isaac

The beginning of the motet Isaac "Palle, palle" written probably in Florence around 1480. He was from Flanders (he was probably born in Brabant), but spent most of his life in Italy. Served among others. at the Medici court in Florence and at the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, working for Lorenzo de 'Medici. From 3 April 1497 until his death he was the first composer at the court of Emperor Maximilian I in Vienna. He was a very fertile composer. Comparing Isaac to Jasquin, Prince Ferrara said "he is better at dealing with his colleagues and writing new songs faster". Heinrich Isaac left behind. About 50 cycles of ordinarium and almost 100 cycles of propriety.
