Air Mouse 2
Air Mouse # 2 - German Fractional Weapon Bomb 1 kg. Large quantities of these bombs were captured on the ground at the Wielkopolska siege of Ćawica and were subsequently used by the Polish Army Aviation.
Air Mouse 2 had a cylindrical body with a spherical bottom filled with poured trotyl or picric acid. The upper part of the bomb was screwed in a 0.37 kg igniter secured by a cotter pin (the pins were removed manually before the start of the aircraft). The bomb was carried in a box-shaped bomb.
In the second half of the 1930s, the Air Mouse 2 was replaced by the Polish mouse, 34. Bibliography
