Jonathan Hutchinson Jonathan Hutchinson (born July 23, 1828 in Selby, June 23, 1913 - Haslemere) is an English surgeon, ophthalmologist, dermatologist, venerologist and pathologist. He was born in 1828 in a family of quakers.

Hutchinson has published approximately 1,200 medical articles and was the only author to publish the Archives of Surgery in the years 1890-1900.
