Yuri Fielsztinski, Russian Юрий Фельштинский (born 1956 in Moscow) is a Russian historian living in the United States.

In 1974 he began his studies at the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute. In 1978 he emigrated to the United States. He continued his studies at Brandeis and Rutgers University where he became a doctor. In 1993, he became a professor at the Institute of History of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
