Jerzy Bernard Strużyna (born 14 June 1944 in Katowice) - professor of habilitation of medicine, specialization: plastic surgery.

He graduated in 1968 from the Military Medical Academy in Łódź. Until September 30, 2006 he was Head of Department and Clinical Department of Reconstructive Surgery of Silesian Medical University.
