Tragikomedia

Tragicomedia was widespread in the Renaissance period in Italy, and developed in the Baroque (eg Moliantian Misery, written at the end of the 17th century) and Romanticism (H. von Kleist, G. Büchner). It was characterized by the loosening of the principle of triunity, the complexity of the plot and the intention of inducing other emotions at the recipient rather than reading the tragedy.
