Czeslaw Sieńko

Czesław Sieńko (born 1956) - Polish actor-puppeteer, lyricist, theater director.

He graduated from the Department of Puppetry Art in Białystok (Faculty of Fine Arts in Warsaw). He worked in the Baltic Drama Theater in Koszalin, and since 1986 at the Baj Pomorski Theater in Toruń. In 1993 he assumed the duties of artistic director, and in 1994-2003 he was general director and artistic director.

In 1994 he organized the Torun Puppet Theater Meetings, which turned into an international festival. During his 6th edition, he received a special prize for the idea and organization of the festival together with Stanisław Ochmanski.

In 2010 he founded the Bydgoszcz Buratino Puppet Theater. Awards and prizes Bibliography

Stanisław Kryński (born 20 June 1912 in Warsaw, died 30 January 1967) is a Polish-American philologist, literary critic and translator of English literature.
