Jerzy Wratny (born November 1, 1943 in Warsaw) - Polish scholar, professor of law.

Head of the Department of Labor Law and Social Security at the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs, former head of the Department of Civil and Labor Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszow. Member of the Committee on Labor Science and Social Policy of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
