John (the natural son of Jan V Zatorski)
So he was not entitled to inheritance from his father, although he finally received the fortune of the Polish king of the Piasts. Two years after the tragic death of his father Jan, most likely still a minor, he found himself at the court of Zygmunt Stary in Cracow, where he was educated by the starost of Oświęcim and the castellan of the war, Andrzej Kościelecki. June 18, 1518 John is confirmed as a guest at Bona Sforza's wedding to the Polish king. As living John also occurs in the next year. He died between 1519 and 1521 and was probably buried in Cracow. He probably never married and had no offspring. Bibliography
