The law of the place of residence

The right of residence for an individual in private international law of residence.

There are disputes in the Polish legal doctrine concerning the understanding of the place of residence. According to one concept, it should be defined according to the law in which the person lives, according to the second one it should be defined according to the Polish Civil Code, according to the third one is the self-concept of Polish private international law.

This link is used by the Polish International Private Law Act 2011. with contractual obligations, if the parties did not choose the right through the freedom of contract and the employment relationship.

Regulations concerning the determination of the residence of a natural person are included in art. 52 of the Lugano Convention. Bibliography

Raggruppamento Frecce Rosse (Red Arrow Group) - Collaborative armed formation of an Italian army composed of Indians, Arabs and Africans during the Second World War. From May to July 1942, an armed formation was formed under the name Raggruppamento Centri Militari, consisting mainly of British Army prisoners of war originating in Arab countries, India and northern and eastern Africa. Stanisław Kryński (born 20 June 1912 in Warsaw, died 30 January 1967) is a Polish-American philologist, literary critic and translator of English literature.
