Xan Windsor, Lord Culloden, Richard Anders Windsor (born March 12, 2007 in London) is an English nobleman, the only son of Alexander Windsor, Count of Ulster (son and heir of Prince Gloucester, grandson of King George V), and Dr. Claire Booth, daughter of Robert Booth.

From birth he was named Lord Culloden. It is the second in line to inherit the title of Prince Gloucester and 26th on the line of succession to the throne of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
