Accuracy International
Accuracy International - a British-based weaponry company based in Portsmouth, best known for the Accuracy International Arctic Warfare rifle series. The company was founded in 1978 by the British Olympic medalist in shooting by Malcolm Cooper. This company's weapons are now armed with many armed forces and police around the world.
The rifles of this brand have achieved considerable success as a result of specific assumptions in the design process. Flasks are designed with particular regard to the principles of ergonomics. The convenience of holding the weapon together with the reduction in kickback resulted in an increased precision of shooting from these rifles. The barrel can be replaced in field conditions in about 15 minutes, allowing the use of ammunition of various calibers according to mission requirements. Also, thanks to the fact that the lock mechanisms are embedded in the aluminum frame, which prevents their movement after the lock is locked, the weapon gains even more accuracy.
Accuracy International was put into liquidation in 2005 and redeemed by the British consortium. As a result, Dave Walls, Tom Irwin and Paul Bagshaw became the owners of the company. Dave Walls was one of the founders of the company in 1978. Bibliography
