  • Aquarium - one of the training techniques, with two participants: active and passive. Participants taking part participate in the exercise, eg they play the roles of the seller and customer, and the other (passive) watch the course.

    Passive participants generally are less likely to engage emotionally in an exercise than an active participant. By observing the exercise "from outside" they see more than the practitioner. Therefore, observations are often a source of valuable feedback for the participants.
