Cartel Court - established by the Cartel Act of March 28, 1933, acted at the Supreme Court. He said, at the request of the Minister of Industry and Trade, on issues suspected of threatening the public good, caused by the monopolistic activity of the companies. Particular attention has been paid to the regulations governing the production and the disposal or restriction of trade on the basis of the Cartel Register. In particular cases, he had the power to resolve cartel deals unfavorable to the interests of the state. Its importance declined after November 27, 1935, when the powers of the Cartel Court were taken over by the Minister of Industry and Trade.
