Coat of arms of Czeladź
Czeladź coat of arms - one of the symbols of Czeladź. The coat is placed in a blue coat of arms with a white tower with three windows, in front of it a white, white wall with black veins, the blue below the wall symbolizes the river Brynica. The coat of arms in the present shape was adopted by the City Council of Czeladź on November 27, 2007. It refers to the oldest known emblem of the city emblem, given by Stanisław August Poniatowski in 1792. The previous coat of arms depicted a walled tower against a river, green hills and brown earth, , in a circular shield. The Czeladź coat of arms has changed its appearance many times, but its solid element is a tower surrounded by a wall, probably referring to the former border guard.
