Derbolowsky symptom
Derbolowsky Symptom - blockage of the hip joint and abnormal pelvic movement between the cross and hip. Study description
The subject is behind. The examiner includes the ends of the lower leg, sensing the medial ankles and assessing the relative height and rotation of the medial pits from the thumb position. The subject is asked to sit up, helping him with the movement, or allowing him to support himself with lifting. Derbolowsky's symptom is the apparent elongation of one leg during lifting (abnormalities occur on the side of the elongated limb). In a lying position, the leg becomes apparently shorter or the length of both legs equals. Bibliography
