Kostiantyn Sliusarchuk (born 1869, died 1919 in the village of Hruszka near Kamieniec Podolski) - an officer of the Austro-Hungarian Army (including the Ukrainian Sikorskis), then the Colonel of the Ukrainian Halic army.

He was born in the family of a Greek Catholic priest, Oleksija Sliusarczuk. From July 1917 he was a commander of the USS Field in Lwow (in the rank of lieutenant colonel). During the Polish-Ukrainian War (1918-1919) he was the commander of the Battle Group "Szczyreć" and then 7th UHA Lviv Brigade.

After the UHA transition, the head of the training of the entire UHA army. He died of typhus. Bibliography
