Stanisław Filipecki (born 1927, December 25, 2007) is a Polish physician internist, a professor of habilitation of medical science, an internist of internal medicine, an academic teacher, a journalist and a translator. Pioneers in the treatment of pulmonary embolism and the treatment of thromboembolic complications in Poland. Member of the Scientific Council for Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases. Co-founder of the Polish Thrombosis Foundation.

He graduated from the Medical Faculty in Warsaw in 1952. He is a long-term employee of the II Internal Medicine Clinic of the Medical Faculty of the Medical University of Warsaw and later the Department of Internal Diseases of the Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases in Warsaw. Bibliography
