Corporation for National Research Initiatives
Corporation for National Research Initiatives (CNRI) is an American non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to support the development of key processing and knowledge sharing technologies using computer networks.
CNRI was founded in 1986 by Robert E. Kahn. Its head office is in Reston, Virginia, United States. CNRI works closely with the US Government, as well as with several other US institutions and universities on the continued development of the National Information Infrastructure.
