Detention Center


Extortion Premises - Commonly defined detention on multiple occasions in order to obtain evidence of confession or charges against the arrested person. It is sometimes used when prosecutors try to persuade the court to repeatedly (for a dozen or more) prolonged temporary detention, for instance because of the significant complication of the case that the detainee suspects.

As an example of the arrest, Mark Dochnal, whose "temporary" arrest lasted more than 3.5 years, was quoted as saying that the case of Krak-Meat and Polmozhyt, which became the cannabis of the closed film. In the course of the trial, the prosecutor held temporary detentions of company employees until they voluntarily surrendered (one of them was detained) and one of the co-owners threatened to take the children and deliver them to the child's home. On the arrest of Janusz Filipiak, the measures taken by the Prosecutor's Office were considered by the Supreme Court to be "extraction".
