He was the son of Jan Giergielewicz and Marianna of Kozłowski. He had three brothers and three sisters.

He graduated from high school in Dobrzyn and gymnasium in Płock. In 1909 he entered the Seminary of Plock; He received the ordained priest from the hands of Bl. bpa A.J. Nowowiejskiego June 22, 1913. He then took on the arm of bp. Nowowiejs co-created the Diocesan Museum in Płock. He was a vicar in Krzynowlady Mała, in Ostrów Mazowiecka, Farze św. Bartłomiej in Płock, Cathedral in Płock, Lipowiec parish. Since 1920 he was pastor in Zieluń, since 1926 in the parish of St. Benedict in Płock-Radziwiu. In 1933 he received the honor of the Canon of the Honorary Chapter of Pułtusk. On November 11, 1939, he was arrested along with other Płock priests. After his release, he organized help for prisoners and burials. On February 19, 1941 he was again arrested and sent to the Soldau camp (KL), where he lost about 10,000 lives. There are 50 priests.

It was not determined under what circumstances and when he died. The presumed burial site is named after the forest in Malinow, Komornicka Hill and Białystok. Probably he was together with bp. Wetmanski and other prisoners were murdered at the time when the survivors of the typhoid epidemic were liquidated in July and August 1941.
