Jan Jędrykowski CM (born May 21, 1899 in Slomniki, May 6, 1942 in KL Dachau) - Polish Catholic priest, Servant of God of the Catholic Church.
In 1919 he joined the Congregation of the Missionaries of Saint Vincent de Paul. He was ordained priest in 1926 and began his pastoral work in Milatin Nowy and then in Cracow (in Kleparz). After the outbreak of World War II he was arrested by the Gestapo on July 15, 1940 and imprisoned on the Montelup. Then on 30 August he was sent to the German concentration camp in Auschwitz and then to Dachau on 12 December 1940. As a patient he was gassed by the torturers. He is one of the 122 Servants of God, on which, on September 17, 2003, the beatification process of the second group of martyrs from the Second World War began. Internet sources
