Otto Drabek

Otto Drabek (born 1894, died 27 May 1947) is a Nazi criminal, a supervisor in the quarries of the Mauthausen concentration camp and an SS-Unterscharführer.

The Austrian from Mauthausen was from 1941 to January 20, 1945, and from April 20, 1944 to May 5, 1945. He served as one of the chief prisoners of forced labor in the local quarry. The quarry was dominated by murderous conditions that made it a true murderer of prisoners. There was also a Drabek who constantly abused prisoners.

In the trial of Mauthausen-Gusen (US vs. Johann Altfuldisch and others) before the American Military Tribunal in Dachau Drabek was sentenced to death. The sentence was made by hanging in the Landsberg prison on May 27, 1947. Bibliography
