Ferdynand Dworzaczek

Ferdynand Gotard Karol Dworzaczek (born 1804 in Szluchtów near Gdansk, died in 1877 in Topola near Łęczyca) - physician, naturalist and philosopher.

He was one of the first Polish naturalists who dealt with philosophy. He wrote: "The book deals with the philosophy of medicine" (The Journal of the Medicine Society, Vol. 37, 1857), where he shows the importance of different branches of philosophy for medical studies.

Doctor of Medicine. He trained in Warsaw, Paris, Leipzig, Berlin and Vilnius, where he received his doctorate in 1830. In 1831 he practiced in Warsaw, during the cholera epidemic, with great dedication. In 1847 he was darkened and moved into rural seclusion, where he continued to work in philosophy.

He was an honorary member of the Poznań Society of Friends of Science. Bibliography
