Between 1999 and 2007 he worked at the Office of the Committee for European Integration, among others. as deputy director of the Department of Analysis and Strategy. During the negotiations for membership of Poland in the European Union, he advised the Negotiation Team on the European Union's social policy and the Free Movement of Persons. Catechism of the Polish Child - one of the patriotic poets Wladyslaw Belzy published in the volume of the Polish Children's Catechism in 1900.
