International Sport and Culture Association - an international organization of associations, associations and other organizations from different countries whose statutory purpose is to promote sport and culture as well as youth organizations. The ISCA is Copenhagen.

According to the organization's website (as of July 2007), it has 90 national associations: 9 from Africa, 57 from Europe, 18 from Latin America and 6 from North America.

A member of the ISCA is the Polish People's Sports Association.
