Zagorka

Zagorka (Bulgarian Загорка) - beer produced by the brewery of the same name, is one of the most popular lagers in Bulgaria. Named from the city of Stara Zagora. Zagorka is a full, softly piled pizzeria with 5% alcohol content. In 2005 a 1.5 liter bottle of Zagorki could be purchased for an equivalent of about € 1, in 2008 1.5 liters of beer cost about 2.30 Bulgarian left.

In the mid-1990s, the Zagorka brewery became fully owned by the Heineken brewing giant from the Netherlands. The Zagorka brewery also produces Arian and Stoliczno beers.

The main competitor in the local market is Kamenite beer.
