Category 9 (CAT-9) - an American self-propelled gun produced by Intratec Firearms. The weapon was designed by the Israeli engineer Nehemiah Sirkis. This is a small size weapon designed for hidden movement and self-defense.

The CAT-9 is a self-propelled weapon, operating on a non-standard shooter with a heavy duty recoil. Needle-and-pinion needle, with self-tightening (DAO). The gun does not have an adjustable fuse or locking latch. The only external manipulator is the magazine latch button.
