Deadline
The deadline - the deadline for which the breach results in certain legal consequences. There is a distinction between substantive, precautionary and punctual terms.
Material-law terms are defined in the relevant legislation, for which the procedural body has no influence, for example the limitation period (both in criminal law and in civil law). The procedural action after the lapse of the limitation period has no procedural consequences and the limitation period can not be restored. An example of its occurrence is art. 54 § 1 k.p.k. - statement of action as an indictor until the beginning of the trial at the main hearing. Violation of the deadline results in the ineffectiveness of the procedural action, but it is nevertheless recoverable, such as the time limit for filing an appeal.
There are also other deadlines that exceed the statutory consequences, eg in criminal law: the expiry of the deadline for a precautionary measure in the form of a temporary detention (the expiry of that deadline results in the immediate release of the defendant from detention). < p>
