Keppenów-Lubinskie Team


Keppen-Lubinsky syndrome - a very rare syndrome of congenital abnormalities. The clinical picture consists of lipodystrophy, particularly intensified on the face, and severe delays in psychomotor development. The first case was described by Laura Davis Keppen and Mark Keppen in a child born in Iowa in 1994. In 2003, Gianfranco Sebastio and colleagues from the University of Naples described the second case of the team.
